Measurements
We need to be careful with room measurements and square footage estimates. When available, it is best to use square footage from the tax database. Relying on previous listings is risky and not recommended. Previous appraisals, or builder plans, may also be used.
For room dimensions, you can use a laser measuring device, or use the 3d tour.
