Team Names and other personal media

If approved by a managing broker, the associate may include in the advertisement the following:

1. A personal insignia that is registered with the broker
2. A personal nickname or alias that is registered at the Commission
3. Personal contact information
4. A team name approved by the broker with the broker’s reference in close proximity to the team name reference
5. A slogan
6. A domain/website name that is registered with the broker

When an associate advertises using the above mentioned items, the names, slogan, etc., cannot in anyway be construed as that of a firm’s name, i.e., ABC Realty, Team Realty, Group One Realty, etc.
