The Legal Hotline is provided by Michigan REALTORS®. It enables REALTORS® (not the public) to have direct, toll-free access to a qualified real estate attorney, who can share information on real estate law and related matters.

What does it cost?
There is no cost to call the Legal Hotline as it is subsidized by the state membership dues- at a cost of only $3 per year, per member!
When is it available?
The Legal Hotline is available 9:00am-3:00pm, Monday through Friday. Recognized holidays are excluded. If the hotline is busy, please leave a detailed message and your call will be returned within 24 hours, but usually on that same day.
Who operates the Legal Hotline?
The Legal Hotline is staffed by qualified attorneys from the office of McClelland & Anderson LLP. Although the Legal Hotline serves as a valuable resource for REALTORS®, it does not establish an attorney/client relationship.
