Agency Disclosure Instructions
On page 2 of the MAR agency disclosure, choose the type of agency services being provided.
Next, on page 2 we want to check the first box, for us to act as their designated agent. Household Real Estate is a designated agent agency.
For paragraph 9 choose the first option. Basically, if you’re a listing agent on a property and one of your buyers wants to see that property, then you cannot represent them if they elect to buy your listing.

For compensation include this in the available section: Buyers agency fee limited to amount offered by listing broker to buyer broker as cooperative compensation as listed in MLS, see addendum.
Include our cancellation clause in the ‘Other’ section. This clause is worth pointing out to buyers.
For compensation include this verbiage in the section: Household Real Estate is a value driven real estate brokerage whose top priority is client advocacy and transparency. To this end, as a buyer client of Household Real Estate you are free to cancel this agreement at anytime for any reason with no fees, charges, or further obligations.
