These services may include email, software, compliance systems, database access, cloud storage, communications systems, CRM systems, or related business technology tools. 2. Recurring Billing Authorization I authorize Company and/or its designated third-party billing processor to charge the credit card information I provide for the monthly service amount selected above. I understand and agree that: • The amount authorized is the amount selected above, plus any applicable taxes or approved add-on services. • Charges will be processed automatically each month. • The recurring charge will occur on the same calendar day of each month as the date this form is submitted. • If a month does not contain that calendar day, the charge may be processed on the last calendar day of that month. • Charges will continue automatically until I cancel in accordance with these terms. Cancellation I may cancel services by providing written notice to the Company. Cancellation must be received before the next scheduled billing date to avoid the next monthly charge. No partial month refunds will be issued unless required by law. 5.
